Nestled in the Village of Poland on Rt. 8, just past Poland School, is Sweetie Pies Bakery and Cafe. Built by the owners Krista and David Stupka, Sweetie Pies is a full service bakery serving the Mohawk and Kuyahoora Valley’s since 2003. Best of all, everything’s baked right on the premises! Cookie platters, Baklava, Canoli, cheesecakes, even frosting! And let’s not forget the Wedding Cake! Our Wedding cakes are among the best in the area but missing only one thing…. A large price tag! Sweetie Pies does not believe in overcharging people for their cake just because it has the word “Wedding” in front of it. There’s never any hidden fees or ridiculous charges, Just a delicious cake that’s priced right and guaranteed to bring a smile to the faces of your guests.   
 
Open Wednesday through Friday- 6am-2pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-Noon. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
