Now the torch has been passed to the next generation. Jared Alesia, Florentine’s Manager, joined his family’s business 12 years ago after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and now continues the traditions of quality, style and taste the business was founded on so long ago. It also assures that the Florentine is also current with today’s styles and trends.
